Anal fissure
Continuous pain while sitting and passing stool. Subsides with enzoflam tablet after 1.5hrs. causing burning sensation with crema gel ointment and sucral ano ointment as well as escot ointment. Mild pain releive with sitz bath and heating pad compress. Taking cremaffin plus and duphalac for constipation. Continuing treatment for 3 weeks but no improvement. Used softovac for some time but bulky stool causes more pain. Started sitcom forte tablet since 3 days.
