Anal fissure (pain during bowel movement
I have had anal fissure. 2 weeks before doctor recognised it and give medicine (amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate 625 with painkiller for 5 day's and cremaffin syrup with crema gel & ano metrogyl). After 7 days i was feeling little bit of better, but before 2 days again pain started during bowel movement and it persist over 3-4 hours even after applying crema gel also. And I'm getting pain still even soft stools comes. I'm confused what should I do.. I can't bear pain and irritation.

Fissure in ano takes time to heal. Avoid spicy food. Eat lots of salad & vegetable.
