“A few days ago, after eating some food, I had a very hard bowel movement and had to strain a lot while passing stool. Since then, I have been experiencing severe burning pain around the anal area, especially during and after bowel movements. Recently, while applying cream to the area, I noticed slight bleeding. It might be a fissure need a clinical examination till then use syrup lactulose 30ml HS after dinner. sitz bath. High fibre.
