Small hard lump in groin area

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am feeling a small and hard painless lump between scrotum and inner thigh area. It is not visible from outside but when I apply gentle pressure in that area I feel the lump. I'm curious about hernia but I feel no pain there while sneezing or coughing also the lump have no changes in size while sitting or standing up.

You must get your lump examined by a surgeon. It may be many different things, so better not to jump to conclusions. Get evaluated throughly by a general surgeon, and plan accordingly.
