I am feeling a small and hard painless lump between scrotum and inner thigh area. It is not visible from outside but when I apply gentle pressure in that area I feel the lump. I'm curious about hernia but I feel no pain there while sneezing or coughing also the lump have no changes in size while sitting or standing up.
