Hard lump in my buttock due to injection
Sir, I had taken 20 injections of dexamethasone, gentamycin and deriphyllin in both of my buttock in course of 5 days. There was no pain while I was having these injections but after 2 days pain started and there is lump of both buttocks. I have been applying thromophob cream since 10 days also taken Zerodol SP. But lump is still there with pain.  Please guide what to do.

Continue hot fomentation and thrombophob ointment as you are using right now and continue analgesics SOS, along with that check for spikes of fever if any you need to consult liver doctor to rule out any abscess in the buttocks
