Hard stools and anal fissure
I am 29 old female, six months after my first delivery, suffering from hard stools, even after drinking lot of water, first stool is hard as rock and it is difficult to pass and causing severe pain and bleeding. The pain is severe as days pass and the pain makes me afraid to go for bathroom. After bowel the pain is persisting, it feels like the anal wall is teared and that particular part is paining. I used stool softening tablet sometimes but even though using that the first piece of stool is still hard and rest is soft. What can i do to treat this.
