Anal fissure
Hi sir..I had normal vaginal delivery- 4month before.. after that passing hard stool with blood for 2 days..pain lasting 15days then it slowly settled..in this 4 month it reoccur 3 times ...2days before I passed hard stool ,again anal fissure get opened..is tat mean fissure is not healed properly..currently am using diltiazem gel,sitz path.. kindly advise best solution for this problem..

It is very difficult to give any opinion without clinical examination. I think you should visit a General Surgeon or Proctologist near to me for better clinical evaluation of your problem.

You can start with Sitz bath with lukewarm water for 3-4times/day. Take plenty of water & high fibre diets

Eat high fiber diet, sitz bath 3 times daily followed by apply ointment over anal region.
