On and off anal fissure for 7 months...
I am a 28 yr male...i am having on and off anal fissure for past 7 months...some times it heals...some times it recurrs...I use cremaffin syrp 3tsf every night .and using sucral ano ointment...2 to 3 times a day ...having 4 tsf isaphgool...but fissure comes back after some times whenever I try to tapper the dose of cremaffin...please tell me if I am gonna be ok..or not...can it be healed completely...i dont have any other problem...(i dont want surgery...)

If you have not seen a surgeon , better see. You need proper examination , blood tests and modifications of drugs.
With proper treatment , if the problem is not solved , you may get benifit from surgery
