Today I am to show my reports of thyroid nodule and it has to remove size is 43 mm, and I had lump in my breast from last 10 years and anal skin is little outside, may anal fissure, how to evaluate thos all problems plz suggest one by one solution

For thyroid nodule,
Most nodules less than 1cm can be followed up with scans every 3 months
If functionally secreting more or less hormones than normal, can be managed with drugs accordingly
Breast lump needs to be examined and evaluated with an ultrasound scan followed by a biopsy if indicated. Need for surgery depends on the results.
Anal fissures : to be examined for sphincter tone. if painful and too tight while passing stools, needs surgery.
