Hi,
I recently am having blood in loose stools and consulted online on Practo. The doctor diagnosised my problem as fissure and prescribed me some meds and Anobliss cream. The Anobliss cream is not available at my local pharmacies and the online med order delivery date shows almost 10 days to delivery. I found Lox 2% gel in the pharmacy, can I use it as a substitue for Anobliss?

Consult a surgeon to get proctoscopy done and then only the diagnosis of fissure in ano can be confirmed. Lox 2%will only relieve pain but it's not a substitute for anobliss ointment
I would recommend cremagel ointment for anal fissure twice a day. Along with a laxative and sitz bath (warm water bath) twice a day for 15 days. Also please have an high fibre diet with plenty of oral fluids
