Anal fissure
I have anal fissure issue from past 6 months .. it heals for few days and then the pain again comes back while stool. No blood . There is cut in the anal region(fissure)

Anal fissure with spasm ( that is you need to give pressure in the starting of your motion) Will end up in operation only   If you are not able to follow food habits and restrictions, better you go for operation

Hello sir This problem will not resolved until n unless u change your dietary habits. Increase fiber diet With few medication.
