It might be  due to constipation and  lack of  dietary fiber and consumption of  lesser  amounts of liquids orally. Fidonal ointment locally is one such suitable  ointment  which will help you. It comes with a  applicator.

Hi Ideally u should be examined by the Surgeon who operated u previously, Use fidonil ointment thrice daily Tab ZerodolT twice daily Sitz bath Thrice daily Syp cremaffin plus 20ml once daily
