I had show the general surgeon in my city she told me its pilea and fissure she told me all this medicines Tab somfraz 40 she told 1-0-1 Tab pitorute for 14 days 0-0-1 Tab ciplox TZ 1-0-1 Syrp gudlax plus 0-0-30 ml Tab gudgic 1-1-1 And i already completed the course of pitorute 2 months back is it ok to repeat And m on my bp medicine so it is ok to take all this medicine m on telemekind 20 And one of my general physican told me if u do piles operation it wil affect on heart is it true?? And all thjs medicine is it affect on my future pregnancy we are just married after 1 year we are planning so all thjs medicines are ok And above medicines plz tell me how to take i forgot to ask general physican Eg:Before meal after meal brkfast lunch etc ..reply me asap

An use these with bp medications Just take high fiber diet Plenty of oral fluids Syrup . Cremaffin-30 ml in the night for one week ( to induce loose stools) Sita bath Lox jelly-2% for local application You will be fine , don’t worry Try this for two weeks if not go for surgery
