If you are able to feel hard lump, but not detected in USG, the alternative investigations which can be done are 1) Mammography 2) MRI of Breast 3) FNAC But most likely your diagnosis could be fibroadenosis
Next Steps
My opinion would be to undergo Mammography & FNAC
Health Tips
Till than Take Tab. EFEM 1GM thrice daily for 3 months (treatment for fibroadenosis)

Most probably its fibroadenosis. Do once FNAC from the hard lump you are able to palpate.
