If you are able to feel hard lump, but not detected in USG, the alternative investigations which can be done are
1) Mammography
2) MRI of Breast
3) FNAC
But most likely your diagnosis could be fibroadenosis
Next Steps
My opinion would be to undergo Mammography & FNAC

Till than Take Tab. EFEM 1GM thrice daily for 3 months (treatment for fibroadenosis)

19years with lump in the breast will be mostly benign like fibrodenoma
Kindly get a FNAC for the diagnosis
Plan will be after the fnac report accordingly
