If u are a lactating mother not able to feed the affected breast milk , then u should evacuate it manually. Otherwise the accumulated milk can be a source for pus.
Cause has to be ruled out for recurrent breast abscess. You need to provide us information if you are lactating or not as the treatment differs accordingly. Pus for culture and sensitivity has to be sent.
