Important thing is whether you have a lactating breast abscess pr non- lactating?  Non- lactating may need further work up.
Next Steps
You can consult Dr. Rohan Khandelwal. There are various least invasive procedures like USG guided aspiration.
Health Tips
Use sports bra / well breast supporting brasserie. Avoid unnecessary antibiotics intake. If u are a lactating mother not able to feed the affected breast milk , then u should evacuate it manually. Otherwise the accumulated milk can be a source for pus.

Cause has to be ruled out for recurrent breast abscess. You need to provide us information if you are lactating or not as the treatment differs accordingly. Pus for culture and sensitivity has to be sent.
Next Steps
Consult a breast surgeon or a General Surgeon for proper evaluation.
