Swelling needs evaluation. Visit a surgeon and get it examined. Can be an abscess in which case you will need to undergo surgical procedure of incision and drainage for same. Regarding urine color. Causes can be many. Detailed history is needed. Just visit a nearby hospital, show to a surgeon and get evaluated.
