When i pass stool, my anal swells a bit and after the stool is passed and i am clearning the area i can feel very soft lumps which would disappear in like 5/10 minutes. But if very constipated the swelling stays for like 20/30 minutes.
In last 3 years i had 4 episodes of bleeding which were during passing of stool and stopped after 4-5 days. I got it checked recently by a general surgeon... he did digital rectal exam and proctoscopy ... and mentioned something like
1 degree hemeroids 7 o clock.
He asked me to drink water and eat veggies and asked me to do manual anal message with ( ciprofloxacin) . Can you please suggest if this is serious and also is the treatment prescribed ok.

Can be confirmed only after clinical examination, if it is first degree hemorrhoids, will probably won’t require surgery
