Outer walls of my anus are swelled without any pain or discomfort. It becomes apparent while defecation otherwise it is not noticeable. What it could be?

complete history is very much need for diagnosing internal hemorrhoids and to grade the hemorrhoids ...according to u say i think it is grade I hemorrhoids.....
Next Steps
need anoscopy/proctoscopy to indentify the position of hemorrhoid,number of internal hemorrhoids,size ...many more things .
