  4. Pus around anus. This thing exactly?

Hello dr We are travelling and not in condition to consult a dr. My husband has suddenly felt pain around anus when check there are two boils with pus in them.what could be the temporary solution for two days. Whats this thing exactly?

This need to be examined by surgeon. It can be just folliculitis or peri anal fistula. Later requires surgery.
