Hey i m 30 yrs old. at my age which imagine is good for breast cancer detection?? i want to do mammogram? is this ok?? kindly plz suggest

Mammogram won't help at this age
At 30 years breast is more glandular
Mammography will help only if the breast has more adipose tissue, which will be there at after the age 45 years
Best investigation at your age is sonography
