General Surgery

I am unmarried...my Anus perineal sphincter swelling from last 1month... several antibiotics have taken...myotop 450(prescribed by doctor) also taken...but don't cure...I am very confused about the reason...and which doctor can I consult gynecologist or general surgeon? What is the origin of this swelling ?anus or vagaina?

Hi, this is regarding my father. He had a gall bladder stone surgery in the last week of February 2022. It was a process of removing the gall bladder along with the stone inside it which was about 6mm via the process of laproscopic surgery. His diet has decreased since then. He has lost quite some weight he was 65kgs and now he is 59kgs. He says he feels full all the time and if he tries to force eat he has vomiting tendencies. I wanted to consult on this see what do you suggest? His condition: 1) he has high blood pressure and takes regular medicine once a day of 40mg 2) he has cholesterol and takes one medicine per day that is of 40mg as well 3) his CT scan shows a small lipoma in the lower intestine.

My query is doctors always tell don't strain during passing stool. So , my question is If I only sit on toilet pan and no strain then stool will come ??? Please explain what is the natural process of passing stool elaborately

Sir today while washing poop I insert finger in Anus hole 2-3 times and little mucus come out When I insert finger in hole very little mucus mucus is discharged is this normal sir the mucus is just like nose mucus is discharged when I insert finger into it
