Today I noticed a lump or a cyst in my left biceps which is not seen outside but I can feel under my skin around 1.5 cm Is it serious

I had Gallstone removal surgery one month back but now I am feeling pain at the point of surgery when I cough or sneeze or if their is jerk or pressure on my body also their is a swelling on my stomach.

I am diagnosed with umblical hernia due to delivery....Can a plastic surgeon do umblical hernia repair???

Sir please tell I have taken 4 dose of tetanus in childhood 3 intial dose UpTo 6 months and one booster at 18 months then after that taken one tetanus toxoid injection at 15 years of age current age 17 years then after that taken one tetanus toxoid injection in September 2021 before 8-9 months then again before 7 days taken one more tetanus toxoid injection but today I got injured in dirty soil so do I need tetanus immuglobin as today I got injured in dirty soil I think wound is not so deep but place is dirty soil please tell do I need tetanus immuglobin please tell
