Dear doctor , I m in a strange problem. Having Anus irritation and itching after stool . I got checked by 2 surgeons both said there is no fissure. But the anus does itch moment there is little hard stool . What do I do ?

I am 23 years old and planning for fissure surgery. How long does it take for the pain to go away from the surgery. I am really scared as i saw some people stating that surgery aggravate the problem. Please hlep me

I had pilonidal abcess on my inter buttocks area 6 years back . But it heals without surgery bcoz the abscess breaks before... now i feels like a slight pain there now when touching but no visible swelling is there... what is the reason for the pain? Is the pilonidal abscess recurring that it  is the first symptom that it is growing. Is there any home remedies to prevent it from growing
