I pierced my nose 40days ago.there is no such problem at all.but some times a light tenderness feel back of the nose..it disappeared after 1/2days.is it normal??pic attached

Sir my child is 5 year old sir my concern is in last 2 months since March and April my child has developed fever 4 times which is healed when given paracetamol and zifi 100 antibiotic like firstly he develop fever in first week of March then it settles down in 4-5 days then again around 25 march he develop fever which settle down in 3-4 days after paracetamol and antibiotic then again around 12 march he develop fever and today also he is having little fever which is under control by paracetamol and antibiotic but besides fever there is no other illness child is completely active in between the fever days as well in when fever is there my boy is completely active playing , watching TV fully active but why fever is repeating sir

Dear Doctors, I have got lumps under my armpi which seems ,everytime when the doctors advise me antibiotics, it disappear but after few days it appears again.Last time when I consulted a doctor they prescribed me a augmentin 625 mg, then it disappeared after 5 days course , but now gain it appeared.Could you pls suggest what it could be?is it severe? I have been successfully treated for fistula one year before Now I am having fissure again,after passing stool do i need to put index finger inside as deeply as possible and clean it or just washing from outside part is enough without putting finger inside and clean it?
