My mother age of 58 diagnose with ovary cyst measure 13.5mm
1) . Does cystectomy is needed or it can be resolved through medicines?
2) Does steroids includes in the medication?
She don't have any bp or, sugar problem she is totally fine

It depends what all symptoms are there and how severity, though its small size of 1.3cm. Steroids can be used as treatment option.
