I have a small inguinal hernia on the right side ( ~ 8 mm) that I'd like to fix using a procedure that doesn't use a mesh implant. Desarda ( which is basically a tissue graft) seem to be a good choice as research has shown its results to be comparable to mesh repair. Am I right about this ?If so,where in India can I get this surgery? Thanks

I sometimes feel pain between my breasts area. I have fibroadenoma. I do not have any heart related problem. I was taking primosa 1000 and still take evion 400. How long can I take primosa? Earlier doctor advised me to take it for 6 months. Can I continue taking this medicine?

Hello doctors, Can i start my gym workout again .as many of people and google says that gym workout can cause pressure on rectum. As i am suffering from thoae two small piles will it be ok to resume workout i have took rest from workout after those piles.

I underwent Fistula, Perianal abscess surgery 10 days back. It was laser ablation of fistula tract(no external opening, only internal opening) and drainage of abscess. There are dark blue coloured stitches which burns all day and causes irritation. Doctor says it's dissolvable stitches. What can I do to heal myself faster and get it dissolve sooner? Went to follow up yesterday to surgeon who did surgery but he said nothing to be done, just apply Anosum and take prescribed antibiotics. How to identify if sutures are infected? How to dissolve it faster?
