I want through hand implement removel surgery 10 days was over and I completed 10 days antibiotics given on discharge day and from 2 days I am on no antibiotics today we changed dressing of wound these are the images of my today wound is it infected three is some redness and some unhealed skin I don't know it is infected or or healthy please any tell what is status of my wound. I have no other and symptoms like pain fever .

I recently noticed 2 peanut sized lump in my groin area and it is soft and movable,painless. I had upper respiratory tract infection twice in a month and also back pain 1 week before And I  am having allergic rhinitis  ..Kindly suggest on the further managent

I am breastfeeding for the past 4 months. I had breast abscess a month ago and that's healed. In the same breast I have harden mass near areola( not painful). My gynecologist said it may resolve when we breastfeed, but it's not resolving. I consulted a general surgeon, he asked me to do a FNAC ( Report says "Retention cyst inflamed"). Surgeon had given antibiotics, but still it's not resolved. Surgeon is saying will wait until the cyst is painful or I get fever. Kindly suggest

Hello, I'm 41.i have irritable bowl syndrome. I suffer from bouts of constipation on and off. I have had treatment for that with normaxin rt for a few months.i take fibogel fiber powder everyday. Before menstruation I suffer from constipation and the last time was bad.i have pain in the bum while pooping. It is slightly better now but otherwise it felt like a tear and pain. After delivery of a child I have hemorrhoids.i have attached a pic. It's not this bad all the time but it hurts this time. I have mild pain in the area when I apply pressure. Can I use a gel that will help reduce pain and inflammation.Does this need any other treatment. I Walk daily. My bmi is right. I'm 59 kgs ,5'4 tall. Have no other problems. Please advise. Thank you.

Sir please clarify my doubt actually sir yesterday I took my nephew for tetanus shot meanwhile many persons are standing there for injection when pharmacist come to me he give me a prescription of person taking anti rabies vaccine I have touched it and said it is not mine and gave it to him then after taking vaccination I come home I put my hand in mouth after 10 min of touching his prescription and one healing ulcer was there in my mouth can I get rabies like this I didn't wash hand when I put in mouth and there was a healing ulcer please tell should I take rabies immuglobin as wound is mouth and vaccine after that or rabies is not happening this way and I am safe

Hello doctors, Please let me know how to reduce this type of side effecfs because after washroom it starts itching and pinching for few mins and goes ... I have asked dermatologist for this he gave me azithromycin dose and fexofenadine dose with ketoconazole but its still there some says its are type of fissure no able to understand exactly what it is. Please suggest It goes on its own and comes back any where near anus skin
