I hd fissure while pushing for delivery 16 months back. my fissure has healed long back. but still i hv pain on that place nd tight muscle. why do still hv contracted muscle when fissure has healed.

Hello all I had done my zsr on 26th July almost everything is now fine..but problem of dry glans is still remain ..whenever I used Vaseline then it will be ok but using coconut oil is not much effective ..also senstivity on top side of glans come down...but bottom side senstivity is still remain..pls suggest can I use cetaphil moisturizer ...??? My brother is having fitsula in ano 5cm , he is very afraid of surgery and was diagnosed with this disease in March 2022. As per one resident doctor , he told that this fitsula in ano can be cancerous or turn into cancer within 3-4 months . We are afraid , is this cancer causing disease? Symptom are only some sticky smelly fluid coming from hole along with blood sometimes. Kindly guide 🙏

I am attaching reports of my brother. He is having right side pain chest to lower abdomen( from last 15 days ). In one or two days he feels severe pain usually lasting 30 minutes. He is taking udiliv 300 , peptard 20 , livfit since last 4 days. How to quickly treat this symptoms? Do not want a surgery for it. So please advise some medication for it.
