I had simple inter sphincteric fistula in perianal region and treated with fistluectonomy past 15 days drain from open wound gradually reduced. Can I drive 4 wheeler and go back to work. Taking sitz bath 4 times and day no antibiotics. Hown long it will take to heal

Hello, I am 38 year old female. I delivered my second baby via c section ln the 26 of march 2022. After delivery for past 2 months I am facing problem of umbilical hernia. It is not painful. But my tummy is bulging out a lot and there is tightness in the tummy which is very uncomfortable. Not able to sleep properly on side. What is the treatment for this problem..

Hello doctors Should i go for laser for such small internal piles .as sometimes i not able to pressure i feel like i cant give pressure while washroom during natural process too. And is surgery safe for internal piles.
