Respected doctors i noticed blood in stool so i thought its better to get in check the blood was in small quantity is anything serious or should I go for colonoscopy

Hi Doctor, I am having back pain near rhomboid muscle. It generally comes in night. Upper back is not stiff and I can move easily but feeling like someone is stabbing needles there. Can you please suggest some medications? Thanks

Hello doctor two days back I have seen a painless lympnode in my left groin area. I have no other symptoms like weight loss, loss of appetite, no tiredness, fever, night sweat. Two weeks back I went to visit a ortho surgeon to show my shoulder swelling and under arm swelling. He checked my armpits and told me that no lymph nodes present in armpits. And told me that if I want I can take a Peripheral smear test. But yesterday only I took that test and I got the result today. I'm attaching the result along with this. I don't know still it's a lymph node or something else. There is no swelling around that area. Pls give me a reply doctor.

I had simple inter sphincter  fistula in perennial region and treated with FISTULECTONOMY on June 10. 70% of wound healed doctor says to take rest so the skin will join automatically. Is this common or should I have to be concerned.
