Is it safe to remove buccal fat, if yes, where can I get the surgery done and are there any side effects like asymmetrical face?

I have gerd symptoms but not sure is it gerd or hital hernia. Can ultrasound detect hital hernia? Please let me know this and thanks for answering in advance

There are tissue growing inside my anus and it's coming a bit out, I also see some kind of same tissue haave started growing around anus. For one week I even have constipation issue, pain while passing stool.

My wife had stones in gall bladder. We were advised to go for surgery. Doctor have removed gall bladder. Now She has pain in right shoulder. She feels pain while lying down. Is it a common or  should it be point of concern? If it is common how long will it stay?

Hello surgeons how to removed surgery fears? Overcome the fear of surgery and thought of suicide rather than having surgeries? Is there any pain in any of the surgeries procedures

I get bowel everyday mostly in morning. No pain no burning no blood. Stool passes easily in morning. But some stool remains which I need to remove by finger. I feel anus get tight after passing mostly of stools then some remains. Anus is fluffy and feels swollen if strain then become hard around. Having tight anus problem from 8-10 years it was used to burn sometimes and sitting pain. But now no pain no burn. Urine burning is there. Is this due to prostate problem? Can prostate block stool? Age 21

Can prostatitis or Prostateproblem block stools? I pass stools easily everyday. Only problem is some stool stays in before complete emptying bowel.(anus get tight) Urine burning ( feeling of blocking for 2-3 second) Is this Prostatitis? Or any prostate problem? I'm worried Age 21
