My mother had tetanus vaccine post cut in december last year, she had minor cut in hand while working in home. Does she need another shot .

Whenever I go to doctor My BP increases to around 145/90. So in fear of High bp problem I bought a BP Monitor (omron HEM-7120) , And I measure my BP at home daily it always shows 110-115/80, I also took readings of my other family members whose BP are normal and this machine shows around 115/80(normal) for them too.. So can I trust this bp machine...?

My daughter having keloids on both the ears.local doctor suggested kenacort inj for 6 weeks and thereafter surgery to remove it.I need to know lesser treatment is available remove it to avoid surgery.
