I had umblical hernia open surgery few days back...what are the foods that I got to avoid and what can be eaten

Hi doctor, I am ibs paitent and under treatments since 7 month. I have issue of loose stool suddenly. But conditions is much better now But i had few blood episode in last 2 month ( around 7 ). Blood comes like mucus and bright red for oen day and the stop for next 7 8 days.  Blood quantity is just few drops stick around stool I feels lots itching in my anus day to day. I am feeling tittle swell in my anus whenever i clean my anus after motion. It feels only when i open anus more. Sharing today pic ( sorry for sharing such pic). I have round area of swell feel with color. Please review and suggest if something is serious?? Note - there was no blood today.

Pain while bowl movement and blood stains in stool. Visible small lumps around anus. Bright red color blood in stool .

Went for routine check up, and After USG, found a lesion in Middle abdomen, Dr. Advice FNAC, which says AFB detected, But Gene expert was negative,I did the Mantoux test : Negative followed by Quantiferon test ie Gold Test for TB...it was also Negative, Then we gave the same sample for culture...no growth was observed after 42 days...and AFB smear was negative...after this visited a Gynaecologist he asked for an MRI, in MRI impression came, Dermoid Cyst of Urachus... Kindly Suggest what to do next and which Dr. to consult...for further treatment...A Gynae, A Surgeon or Dr. For TB

Hello doc, I am suffering from an infection (Getting a painful & blood full pimple type thing) near anus. Actually, It heals after bursting. Then, Again after somedays it happens at the same position where it happened last time. Because of this, I suffers pain when I sit. So,Please help me regarding this problem. 1) What is all this happening? 2) what's the treatment of this problem? 3) Also, suggest some ointments & medications to get rid of this issue.

I have been seeing red streaks in my stool from 1.5 year. It's painless. I am afraid that it could be colorectal cancer. I am afraid to get the colonoscopy done. Is it painful? And if it is cancer can we expect a long time survival.

I had a surgery on 22nd August...There is continous leak from spot where drain was kept,bandage is getting wet...My surgeon is out of station and I'm unable to contact him..Do I need to apply any ointment over there?Please help me..Kindly reply
