I developed a cyst on my foot 6 months ago. It was not painful. But from two weeks I am facing pain in and around the area. What should I do?

I am having the Tuborcolosis medicine for 4 months.. I had belly button discharge continuously after that my doctor started r cinex and benadon medicine. Just before 10 days i got a rash in my belly fat and it's painful. I have attached the picture. My question is that is the bacteria still there in my body? Can I spread skin tuborcolosis to others? How long is the treatment usually last?

Last 6 days after hard stool passing I am having itching @nd burning problem in anus. Please suggest ointment/ tablets.

Does fissure reappear after lis surgery. I had LIS surgery a year back but since last two days I am itching at the opening of anus ( from inside) no bleeding..no pain during evacuation or after evacuation.just very less itching and little swelling..i am doing sitz bath and using Cremagel-H cream

I want through hand implement removel surgery 10 days was over and I completed 10 days antibiotics given on discharge day and from 2 days I am on no antibiotics today we changed dressing of wound these are the images of my today wound is it infected three is some redness and some unhealed skin I don't know it is infected or or healthy please any tell what is status of my wound. I have no other and symptoms like pain fever .
