I have a underarm lump since last 1 year.i consulted doctor who told me it's just only normal  lump nothing dangerous.but I feel slight pain.and notice rash on my breast.i put off my bra before go to bed.and I also feel pain my back side surrouding my backbone.i feel quite pain which is not violent in my right breast.and my lump is located my right underarm .some people told me sometimes for girls one side breast is quite bigger than other side.is it true?I am a patient of pcod.and today is my 5 th day of period.last 3 month I missed periods.and I use new bra recently. Please help me dr.give me some way out.i feel very depress to think such negative thoughts.and I take humeomedicine.what should I do?

I am not getting recovered from fissure even after surgery (lateral internal sphincterotomy) . Should I go for some test to diagnose any problem ? *M consulting surgeon but doctor is prescribing medicines only, which is not healing my fissure completely*

My wife has a stone in gall bladder that (Normally distended gall bladder with evidence of 12.4 w 11.5mm calculus in G.B. neck region s/o cholelithiasis) She cannot handle  the pain Pain  is moving around back,lower abdomen,back bone , both shoulders, both sides of the ribs, she cannot stand she cannot eat she cannot walk Is operation is the only alternative ?? My mother, recently went for a small hike and got injured. Its been more than 10 days but the wound has not been recovered. Infact she has severe pain in her leg. She has also taken a tetanus injection on the 3rd day after the injury. Regular dressing of the wound with betadine solution is also being catered. No improvement on the injury though. Please recommend what should be done further?

After completing 7 month of c section ...still i have a sensitive area above my left side  incision ...also done a family plan operation... particular one area i have a persistent  pain ... no pus ..no fever ...is there any chance to get an adhesion or hernia...pls suggest...

My left wrist is paining especially right side on top. I see a small bump (not cyst), it pains when I apply body pressure. Who should I consult now sports Physiotherapist or orthopedic or stay at home and do ice packs and wrist exercise? I have already visited Physiotherapist last month and took about 18 days ultra sound therapy and 7 days tens, only 50 percent pain reduced. My Physiotherapist have already said nothing more can be more. Do I need surgery? please help, any advise would be helpful?

Ultrasound report: Umbilical hernia noted with herniation of Omentum. Herniated contents are irreducible and thickening of herniated omentum. Strangulation of Omentum. Question: The umbilical hernia contains only omentum so do it require surgery or we can avoid the surgery?
