I am facing severe pain in my bowel movement after fissure surgery . Is it because of the wound through which bowel passes and to reduce the pain I immediately go for for stiz bath or use warm water shower which seems to be helping .For how many days will the pain last . Its been 5days for my LIS Surgery .

Take stool softeners like cremaffin
Continue sitz bath for 2 weeks
You came take painkillers like Zerodol if indicated
