General Surgery

I did a MRI scan report attached and want to know what exactly mentioned. Is the report shows fistula. Whether I need surgery.please advice. MRI Reports Indication - images reveal large curvilinear sinus tract arising from subcutaneous plane of right gluteal region extending superiority and then anteriorly upto the level of leavtor ani muscle with translevator extension and secondary ramifications as described - suggestive of grade - V impending fistula.

Had umbilical hernia surgery with 15 x 15 cm mesh. Recovered fully. But after 2 months of surgery burning sensation around the mesh then after some days serous fluid used to come out it has been 7 months from surgery still the serous fluid is coming out. Serous fluid is around 3-4 ml in a day. Ultrasound report : Sinus tract upto mesh in the superficial plane. The tract measures 8mm thickness and 17mm in depth. The mesh appears normal. Umbilical region show inflamed soft tissue around the mesh and minimal fluid collection. Mesh Granuloma. Fluid culture report: No growth after 48 hrs of aerobic incubation at 37 degree centigrade. Question: It has been 7 months from surgery still the fluid is coming out (3-4 ml in a day) what could be the option to cure this.

Can you please make me understand what's the report says. We need the surgery or it is going to be major onr and it the report showing complication ?

My wife is suffering from breast pain from one week. She has done lot of household work, so Gynecologist told it may be due to strain and gave pain and inflammation tablets. Today consulted another doctor and got sonomamogram. Attached report. Please let us know if this is serious and cancer. We are scared

This is my breast USG report which was done on 19/03/2022 Is there anything to worry about? This was followup USG and as per this there was no growth. If it is fibroadenoma then why categorised as birads 3?
