Hi doctor I have early starting inguinal Hernia but My pain is not going which pain killer is good for hernia and can we do surgery in early small hernia

Pain in hernia is usually mild. If it is paining so much that you are taking pain killers it is either an emergency or it is not hernia.
Coming to ur next question. Small or large, hernia needs surgery.
