Hello Dr, I have spider veins on my both legs specially more visible on thighs and  vericose veins on my right calf which is noticeable only while sitting. Which class of compression stockings is best and does wearing these stockings reduces the spider veins?

Compression stockings will provide only temporary relief and will not cure the condition Class 2 stockings will be a better choice Please do a venous Doppler to know exact details of your venous system and it’ll show the grading of varicosities. The further treatment plan will depend upon your Doppler results
