Firstly you have to get Doppler study of the lower limbs done for assessment of status of the venous system and competence of valve. Depending on the reports, the decision is to be done:- surgery may be required or foam sclerotherapy may help.

Health Tips

Use compressive stockings above knee regularly Avoid long standing Lower Limbs elevation (keep pillow at the level of ankle joints) while sleeping
