Moderate grade of uniform compression stockings will work great for you, specially while prolonged standing or sitting.
Next Steps
keep doing leg elevation several times a day to reduce venous pressure. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting in general. Do slight Walking, calf raises, and cycling. If you are overweight, consider loosing some.
