Last year image documented breast lump with FNAC showing benign pathology in a patient aged 29 most likely can be fibroadenoma..
Now again presenting with breast plus axillary swelling needs a full workup..
The workup of a breast lump includes 3 things
1) thorough clinical examination
2) imaging :- usg is the ioc ( mammography not recommended in this age group)
3) needle aspiration cytology..
Next Steps
do see a surgeon who has loads of experience in treating breast diseases.. in mumbai many will be available
