This looks like an external hemorrhoid. Sitz bath is the right thing to do. No bleeding is a good sign. Most small hemorrhoids settle on their own in 1-2 weeks with sitz baths and a high fiber diet.
Next Steps
Continue sitz baths twice daily, drink lots of water, eat more fruits and veggies to avoid straining. If it grows, bleeds or becomes very painful, see a doctor in person. Consult me on Practo for follow up.

Based on the clinical presentation, the small, raised nodule in the perianal area is highly characteristic of External Hemorrhoid: This is the most common cause of a "bubble-like" lump around the anus. Hemorrhoids are swollen, inflamed veins. They can appear suddenly, especially after straining during a bowel movement, heavy lifting, or periods of sitting. Even without significant pain or bleeding, they can feel like a distinct lump.
Next Steps
Home Care & Conservative Management As u are already practicing a great first-line measure by taking warm sitz baths twice a day, which helps soothe the tissue and reduce localized inflammation. To further manage this at home, the following strategies are typically recommended: Prevent Straining: Avoid pushing or straining during bowel movements, as this increases pressure on the perianal veins. Dietary Adjustments: Increase dietary fiber (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) and maintain high fluid intake (plenty of water) to ensure stools remain soft and easy to pass. Avoid Prolonged Sitting: Try not to sit on the toilet for extended periods (e.g., reading or using a phone), which can exacerbate swelling. Topical Relief: Over-the-counter hemorrhoidal creams can help minimize localized discomfort or inflammation if it increases.
Health Tips
When to Seek Medical Attention While many minor external hemorrhoids resolve on their own within a week or two with conservative care, a medical evaluation is recommended if the patient experiences any of the following: Significant Bleeding: Any noticeable bright red blood in the toilet bowl or when wiping. Severe or Worsening Pain: If the lump becomes intensely painful or throbbing, it may indicate a larger thrombosed hemorrhoid that a doctor might need to evaluate or minorly excise. Signs of Infection: Increasing redness, warmth, swelling, or any pus-like discharge from the area. No Improvement: If the lump remains unchanged or continues to cause discomfort after 1 to 2 weeks of consistent home care.

Hi, It looks like you may have an external hemorrhoid, but this can only be confirmed through a physical examination. As long as you are not experiencing bleeding during bowel movements, you can try conservative home remedies such as: - Taking warm sitz baths for 10–15 minutes, 2–3 times a day. - Eating a high-fiber diet. - Including plenty of fruits and vegetables in your meals. - Drinking adequate fluids to keep your stools soft. - Avoiding straining during bowel movements.
Next Steps
If you develop severe pain, persistent bleeding, increasing swelling, or if your symptoms do not improve within a few days, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
