Something moving in my anus before fart

I have no other issues

Sometimes I notice a tickle in my anus while I sit mostly then I move and a small fart comes out
The feeling in the inside of my anus
Can farts that are unable to escape sometimes cause this tickle ?
Help pls

Abnormal sensation in the anus while passing fart(flatus), can be due to minor fissure (crack in the anus).
Usually fissures occur due to constipation and straining in toilet.
Take vegetable and green leafy diet. Don't strain in toilet. Drink plenty of water.
