Hello,
From the looks of it, it seems reactionary to the spicy food you consumed.
Are you passing blood in stools?
Are you passing hard stools?
Itching around the anal region?
Next Steps
Drink plenty of water, avoid oily and spicy foods and try to include fibre into your diet
You can apply Anobliss ointment around the anal region which should help with the pain and burning sensation
Health Tips
If there is blood in stools/uncontrollable pain, consider visiting your surgeon at the earliest
Based on your symptoms it can be due to fissure . But we can’t come to a conclusion without examination. Better consult a surgeon. Take high fibre diet , avoid spicy food and non veg for few weeks .
How is the consistency of stools..if it is hard stools ..then is definitely Fissure-in-ano..you should do SITZ Bath for 15-20 mins daily with local application of Ointmnt Anorelief..
Avoid having oily and spicy food as of now..
This will relieve your symptoms as of now..later get yourself examined by a General Surgeon..
