I randomly get sharp pain inside the anus which is like a burning pain
It lasts for a second or two
I visited my local dr recently who diagnosed me with a fissure which is visible on the outside part of my anus
And also told me it's a chronic one
I also finger my anus at times
So could it be because of that?
Pls help dr I'm really scared
