What is the role of Gall Bladder in an healthy individual ? And for what reasons Gall stones are formed ? How can we prevent the formation of Gall Stones ? Is there any lifestyle change required for prevention of formation of Gall Stones ? We have seen that even after removal of Gall Bladder digestion takes place properly ? Then why this organ is required ? Isn't it a redundant organ ? I guess I have asked lot of questions ! Please clarify the concept properly . It will be very helpful for learning purpose.

Sir can testicular cancer lasts for 3-4 years I mean I have testicular swealling from year 2019 I don't show to doctor because I know it is hydrocele but today read in Google that swealling present in cancer also can this be cancer from year 2019 I have swealling uncomfortable but painless no pain only uncomfortable swealling is compressible, compressible means when I press it pressed a little but if you see from far swealling Is tight present from 2019 please tell can this be testicular cancer

Hello sir I am 24 year's old.from last 1 year everyday at night I am noticing some yellow mucus is dishcharging from anus area.After taking pictures of that area now I noticed that anus area become very dark also.And whenever yellow mucus discharged from anus I also feel anus area become itchiness also.so sir what type of disease is this and what I have to do now.

I am hiv postive. Detected it 10 years back. Passed through blood transfusion. Under ART from 10 years with undetectable viral load. I am diagnosed with left hernia. Which is causing severe pain. Any suggestions on how to get surgery done please

Dear doctor, My wife is 32 years old and suffering piles /fisher. We went two times to the general surgeon. He examined and said this may piles or fisher and gave lactulose solution for 10 ml per day. It was since 15 days but still she complains pian while passing the motion with little bit of blood. She is saying that there is very narrow way to pass the motion. Pls suggest us some pain relief tablets for today only. We will again go to doctor on tomorrow. Pls tell us for pain killers for today. She is not able to bear the pain. Regards,

For removal of pus from abscess on neck skin through surgery, which one method is best and highly recommended? Incision and drainage or wide local excision in terms of cost, pain, healing, infection, recurrence etc??? for both the procedures, what's the appx cost in general??? after the surgery, any chance of recurrence of the same in future??? attached herewith the photo of the infected area. Hello doctors. Yesterday night I experienced a sudden pain near lower right abdomen. But that went away and I slept peacefully. Today morning again for a few seconds i experienced a slight pain. No pain while standing,doing activity or deep breathing exercises. But when I am myself pressing near right lower abdomen it is paining. I sometimes have gas and constipation issues as well. So is it something to worry about or will it resolve with it ? I am feeling anxious about it. I had got this pain 2 years back also and was said this was because of gas.

Lymphocytes 50% (6 months back 46%) Absolute lymphocytes count 4.55 Red blood cells 5.52 Mean corpuscular vol 78.4fL MCHC 35.9 g/dl Monocytes 01% Esr normal Other blood reports are Normal. I checked CBC because I have a very slight pain on my left underarm from 4days. But I couldn't find any lymph node under the arms. 2 weeks back I carried a heavy object. I don't know due to that this pain came. I have no other health issues. Doctor pls can u say If there is anything to get worried from this report.
