Fistula submucous fistula track 15 mm
I had lay open 1 year back 34 mm fistula.
Now I did sonofistulogram and it says 15 mm submucous fistula track in the deficiency of internal sphincter .
Internal opening deficiency of the internal spinscter 1 clock.
Extending caudally submucous location 2 clock.
Is it resolve on own.
Again operation will it cause reoccurrence and incontinence?

Incontinence is not at all a problem in our country.
This ( sub mucus ) one is separate
from previous fistula.
If it is causing discharge and pain
repeatedly , then you can think of surgery.
