The Fibroadenoma is just 3 cm. You dnt need to worry about it.
If it is causing you pain then it can be surgically removed.

Hi !
Your tumor size as per your report is 1.7cm * 3cm along two dimensions, round In shape. It’s an average size tumor( possible fibroadenoma )
If you need it removed, you must undergo surgery.
Concerns for surgery may include,
- Surgical scar
Otherwise it’s a pretty straight forward surgery with minimal risk.
