Feeling like right side abdomen pain near kidney side and it is radiating to right testicle and my right testicle has changed its shape and it is turned to horizontal right side it pain like pressure Feel one big vein on right testicle on Internet it is suggesting me right adrenal cancer or tumor my age is 21 I don't I have tumor or cancer becz no one in my family had this in life I am fearing and worried last year my para aortic lymphnodes were swollen as Lymphadenopathy is it cancer or I have other problem I am fatigued due to stress

Pain right loin to groin & testis may be indicative of Epididymo-orchitis, Funiculitis, Right Ureteric calculus calculus, obstructed or strangulated hernia
Pain Right testes and rotation of the testis is suggestive of torsion of the testes
Lymphadenopathy and Para aortic lymph node enlargement may be suggestive of some infective etiology to tumourous origin
