Fnac in breast
Hi doc i am 23 year male.I have lump under my nipple and it is paining.My doctor asked me to undergo FNAC. Will it be painfull and to which specialist i should go for taking it and will it be painfull please tell me

FNAC IS simple procedure can be done with USG guidance or without, no need to worry any pathologist would do that these days there will no or very minimal pain as injection

First do an USG of the nipple and then if the lesion is that significant do an usg guided fnac with an interventional radiologist so that u get a proper diagnosis...

FNAC is a comparatively painless procedure. But I may also be just a areolar infection. Antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs ll suffice.
