Pain in left nipple
I am experiencing pain in my left nipple while I am touching it & when I squeeze it some very tiny fluid comes out only visible when you observe carefully. While touching my nipple I feel a lump. No redishness is there

I suggest you to get ultrasound of breast area
It will give good details about what is underlying pathology
Sometimes this is temporary problem only and pain and discharge subside on its own
But get ultrasound done first
