Puffy nipple / possible gynecomastia on
Hello doctors,
I am a 22-year-old male. I have puffy nipple on the left side of my chest. When I press the area under the nipple, I can feel a soft lump, like small fatty or gland tissue. It looks uneven compared to the other side. This problem has been there for some time and is not reducing with exercise. Please advise me if this is gynecomastia or fat, and what tests or treatment (surgery or medicine) may be required.
